Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CCFT)
I’ve been doing CF one way or another for over 15 years. It has evolved from the “drink the koolaid” newbie stage through the various Oly lifting stage, powerlifting stage, etc. I now use all I know about CF to help ward off the impact of a stressful and busy life.
I love the original message of CF… Back when they were allowed to say “The School of Fitness,” it really spoke to me. There are things people need to learn: How to move, how to eat, how to train effectively… that stretch beyond some marketing driven FAD or oversimplified and temporary solution. If they don’t understand these things, their life may not suffer today, but it will at some point. Being a part of providing people with this knowledge was and is very attractive.
