Getting Started


The first step is to sign up for your free week trial!

This allows you the opportunity to meet us and find out first hand what we do and who we are. The first thing you notice when you come in and try a class is the different skill levels of all the participants, yet everyone is working out together and supporting one-another. There is no sales pitch… the decision is yours. When you commit, we will commit to you.

Complete beginner classes alongside of members

We understand how joining a new gym or learning a new exercise routine can seem a little overwhelming. To ensure new members receive the proper amount of attention and have the appropriate time to address questions or concerns, we have classes on our schedule labeled as “Beginner” classes. These classes contain the same programming as our other classes, but are kept at a lower attendance cap. This allows the coach adequate time to work with newer members and also ensures that new members are not isolated from the general population for an extended period of time. All new members must remain in beginner classes for a certain period of time, as evaluated by the CFNS coaching staff and depending on how quickly they progress. New members with prior CrossFit or other training experience may be cleared to enter regular classes without being required to move through the beginner classes.

Schedule a drop-in session by clicking here! Drop-in fee is $20 for one class, $50 for 3 classes or $75 for an unlimited week. Anything greater than one class must be booked directly with CFNS in person or via phone or email.
