CHALLENGE BRINGS CHANGE
Kira found CrossFit through yoga in 2015. Deciding to give it a try after hearing so many good things, from the first class, she was hooked and signed up for dual membership at both the gym and yoga studio. Always finding that the two went hand in hand, Kira got her 200 hour RYT certification and shortly thereafter began teaching at CFNS. She loves sharing the benefits of yoga with the CrossFit community and creating classes that support all the hard work that goes on inside the box each week.
CrossFit is a family affair for Kira. You can usually find her husband and three girls working out alongside her. When she isn’t at CFNS, she works as a senior project manager for a healthcare software company and teaches at Sumits Yoga Gilbert.
